  • Tarragona Romesco Sauce. A seafood sauce and stew that is the quintessential Tarragona dish. It's prepared with firm fish such as monkfish or sea bream, seafood, and the touch of ñora pepper. A true delicacy!
  • Calçots. Undoubtedly, an emblematic meal made from long white onions that are accompanied by romesco sauce and characterized by the unique way they are eaten. Impossible to resist!
  • Lobster Rice. A hearty and flavorful dish made from creamy rice with lobster and the touch of sweet paprika. Flavor and aroma in its purest state!
