Booking conditions
Customers must read these conditions before making their booking. Payment of the booking and the total price of the contracted stay will understood as a sign of acceptance of the general contracting conditions of Alannia Resorts.
CABINS
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Applicable to: Alannia Costa Blanca, Alannia Guardamar, Alannia Costa Dorada and Alannia Els Prats.
- Check-In/Out times. Accommodation will be available to customers from 5pm on the designated day of arrival at Alannia Guardamar and Alannia Costa Blanca and, and from 4pm at Alannia Els Prats and Alannia Costa Dorada.
- Pets are not permitted in any accommodation except those expressly indicated in each establishment. Reservations with pets must be booked in advance.
- Check-Out must be before 12 noon at the Alannia Costa Blanca and Alannia Guardamar Resorts, and by 11am at the Alannia Els Prats and Alannia Costa Dorada Resorts. The accommodation must be left in good condition (e.g. with rubbish removed and crockery cleaned, and with the furniture returned to its original position at the time of Check-In).
- All our cabins are divided into different categories (STANDARD - PREMIUM - LUX - PLATINUM). In the event of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to change the type of accommodation booked to another, though always respecting the same category or changing it to a higher level.
- Payment of the stipulated price guarantees the booking, never of a specific accommodation. However, the establishment will try to accommodate customer preferences if possible.
- The price includes:
— Accommodation for 2 guests in the selected type of accommodation. Additional guests will be charged according to the seasonal supplement for adults and children. The maximum occupancy corresponds to the type of cabin and may not be exceeded at any time.
— Acceso a piscinas exteriores (según la época del año pueden estar cerradas). — Menaje de cocina, toallas y ropa de cama. El cambio de toallas se lleva a cabo cada 3 días, el cambio de sábanas cada 7 días. - The rate does not include the spa, heated swimming pool, padel or tennis courts, mini golf, or any other service not specified.
LEI LONG-STAY CABIN
For stays of more than 30 nights (except June, July and August).
Exclusive offer for the following Resorts: Alannia Costa Blanca, Alannia Guardamar, Alannia Els Prats and Alannia Costa Dorada.
- Cabin (according to category) for 2 people. Any extra family members who wish to be checked-in to the cabin will incur an additional charge applicable to the entire stay, to be confirmed at the time of booking (the maximum number of people registered will depend on the cabin capacity).
- At Alannia Costa Blanca and Alannia Guardamar specifically: 1-hour of access per day to the heated swimming pool or gym is included from Monday to Friday, subject to prior arrangement and booking.
Payment for this booking must be made monthly, from the 1st to the 5th of each month.
Deposit to confirm the reservation: 100€
Cancelation policy: free cancelation up to 7 days before the arrival
ROOMS
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Applicable to: Alannia Salou
- Check in/Check out times: Accommodation will be available for guests from 4pm on the designated day of arrival and Check-Out must be before 11am. The room must be left in good condition.
- Some rooms allow one pet weighing less than 10kg, subject to quota and availability.
- During the summer season, our half-board and/or full-board service is buffets-tyle with non-alcoholic drinks included. Outside the summer season, the service is buffet-style but the establishment reserves the right to provide a set menu when necessary. The menu service will consist of a starter, main course, dessert and a non-alcoholic drink.
- Payment guarantees the booking, never a specific accommodation. However, the establishment will always try to accommodate customer preferences. The allocation of accommodation is made at the time of Check-In at the reception desk.
- The price includes:
— Accommodation for 2 people in the selected type of accommodation. Additional guests will be charged according to the seasonal supplement for adults and children. The maximum occupancy will be that specified by the type of room and may not be exceeded at any time.
— Access to outdoor swimming pools (depending on the time of year, they may be closed). - The price does not include:
— The spa, or any other service not specified.
— Security deposit: A card must be left as a security deposit at Check-In, at which time the establishment will block an amount of €100 to cover possible breakages or damage caused by the guest during their stay. This amount will be automatically returned at Check-Out.

PITCHES
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Applicable to: Alannia Costa Blanca, Alannia Guardamar, Alannia Costa Dorada and Alannia Els Prats.
- The reserved pitch will be available to the customer from 1pm on the contracted day of arrival.
- Departure must be before 12 noon at Alannia Guardamar and Alannia Costa Blanca and before 11am at Alannia Els Prats and Alannia Costa Dorada. The pitch must be left empty, clean and in perfect condition. The customer will be responsible for costs incurred by the removal of items or objects left on the pitch.
- The maximum occupancy per pitch is 6 people + 1 camping element (caravan, motorhome, trailer tent or 2 tents) + 1 car.
- A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the pitch, subject to availability. Please consult the conditions and supplement charges of each Resort.
- A minimum distance of 50 cm from the perimeter of your pitch must be respected for safety and so that the campsite staff can carry out maintenance work.
- Owners of dogs entering the facilities will have to prove at the entrance that they have a current vaccination card and the required ID chip. Failure to do so will result in restriction of access to the facilities.
- The booking of a pitch guarantees the booking of a pitch accommodation, never of a specific pitch.
- Not included: access to the spa or heated pool, tennis/padel courts, or any other service not specified according to each Resort.
- All guests on the pitch must register when entering into the contract. The stay is personal and non-transferable. No changes can be made to registered persons during the contracted stay. Any extra family members registered to the pitch will incur a special charge, to be confirmed at Reception (the maximum number of people registered per pitch is 6), and must always be registered for the entire stay.
- It is expressly forbidden for customers to install on the pitch any elements that do not correspond to the temporary, proper and usual use of the stay in the campsites or anything that may impact the tourist image of the establishment. Specifically, floors, fences, sinks, awnings (other than those made available by the campsite), electrical appliances, swimming pools, or any other element whose installation transmits an image of permanence in the campsite, are not allowed on the pitch. Installation of such fixtures by the customer constitutes sufficient cause for termination of the contract, regardless of the type of installation, without the right to any compensation. Please ask at the reception desk on arrival which elements are permitted.
- Installation and use of portable swimming pools on the pitches is not permitted.
- It is also forbidden to use washing machines and dryers on the pitches or in the toilet blocks, or to hang clothes in unauthorised places (structures, lampposts or other elements of the campsite), as well as to tie ropes to trees. We have clotheslines available for hire (€15 deposit).
- The pitch must be set up with enough space to accommodate a caravan, motorhome or tent and a registered vehicle. Vehicles cannot be parked outside the boundaries of the pitch, nor on public roads or on other pitches, nor can the outside car park be used as a regular car park.
- Two types of accommodation on the same pitch are forbidden, even if one of them is a vehicle adapted for overnight stay and used only for transport.
- All elements of your pitch must be anchored to the ground, not to elements of the campsite (structures or trees).
- It is at the discretion of the establishment to indicate the suitability of elements that may damage the image and aesthetics of the campsite, and the establishment may require the removal of these elements.
- You are reminded that, in accordance with the internal regulations, it is strictly forbidden to transfer the right to camp to third parties (with or without financial consideration), as it is personal and non-transferable. In the event of any non-compliance on this matter, Management may evict the occupant and terminate the contract of stay of the person transferring the right to stay.
- During long periods of absence, guests must switch off the electricity and turn off the water in their pitch to prevent possible leaks or unnecessary consumption and avoid any major problems in the facilities. We advise you not to leave perishable food in your own fridges or freezers if you are absent; the campsite is not responsible for any losses caused by power cuts or possible automatic power outages in your accommodation.
- We recommend closing your unit properly during your absence. The campsite cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of your belongings as a result of theft, robbery, vandalism or for any other reason.
- The only combustible material permitted for barbecues is charcoal, and you must always make sure it is completely extinguished before placing it in any rubbish bin or container. The use of firewood is strictly forbidden. This is without prejudice to any prohibitions that may be imposed by higher authorities. Special caution is recommended in the event of adverse weather conditions (excessive wind, etc.), and the establishment may temporarily prohibit its use. It’s best to always use the specific barbecue area to avoid disturbance or inconvenience to other guests.
- Pets must be registered on arrival by showing their passport and health card. They must be controlled at all times, kept within the limits of the facility, and must be permanently leashed on the campsite. Owners of dogs considered potentially dangerous breeds must comply with current regulations and wear a muzzle. Pets are not allowed in the toilet, sports or children's areas, or the bar-restaurant or supermarket.
- I declare that my registered pet complies with the relevant health regulations and I assume responsibility for the supervision of my pet (maximum 2 dogs per pitch). It is compulsory to register your pet on arrival, providing passport and health card.
- You must prevent your pet from relieving itself outside of the areas provided for this and, in any event, waste must always be picked up.
- Dog breeds considered potentially dangerous must wear a muzzle (Akita Inu, American Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman, Argentinian Mastiff, Row Brasileiro, Pitt Bull Terrier, Rottweiler and Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Majorcan Bulldog, Presa Canario, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Bordeaux Mastiff, Tosa Inu, Neapolitan Mastiff.
- Do not feed animals other than your own.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
HOLIDAY PITCH
The price includes:
- Pitch (according to chosen category) for 2 people. Extra guests will be charged according to supplement charge rates
- At the Alannia Guardamar, Alannia Costa Blanca and Alannia Els Prats Resorts: Electricity, water, drainage and TV connection
- At Alannia Costa Dorada: Electricity.
MONTHLY PITCH
Applicable only for June, July and August.
Minimum stay of 30 nights and a maximum stay of 90 nights. It is possible to extend nights depending on the season or continuity with another contract. Always subject to availability and prior consultation.
- The price includes:
— Family Unit (parents and children or 4 people maximum)
— 1 pet - The category of the pitch will depend on the establishment where the booking is made.
— Alannia Costa Blanca: 90m2 Comfort pitch. Location from street 4.
— Alannia Guardamar: 90m2 pitch.
— Alannia Els Prats: Standard (41m2-59m2) or Comfort (60m2-89m2) pitch, according to availability.
— Alannia Costa Dorada: Comfort (60m2) or Prestige (75m2) pitch, according to availability. - The price does not include:
— Electricity. Electricity will be charged at €0.40/kw (only applicable to Alannia Costa Blanca and Alannia Guardamar Resorts). - Any extra family members who wish to be checked-in to the pitch will be charged a special monthly fee, to be confirmed at Reception (the maximum number of people registered per pitch is 6).
WEEKEND PITCHES
Minimum stay established by the Resort.
This type of contract allows campers to enjoy the weekends, leaving their pitch set up during the week without having to dismantle it.
- The price includes:

— 1 pet - The pitch category will depend on the establishment where the reservation is made.
— Alannia Costa Blanca: 90m2 Comfort pitch.
— Alannia Guardamar: 90m2 pitch

— Alannia Costa Dorada: Comfort (60m2) or Prestige (75m2) pitch, according to availability. - The price does not include:

CAMPING CARD PITCH
The price includes:

- 1 pet.
- The pitch category will depend on the establishment where the booking is made:

— Alannia Els Prats: Standard (41m2-59m2) or Comfort (60m2-89m2) pitch, according to availability.
— Alannia Costa Dorada: Comfort pitch (60m2) - The price does not include:

PRE-BOOKING FOR NEXT SEASON
To enhance our customer service, you can now make bookings for the following season before publication of the final rates. This means that the rate used to calculate the booking is always provisional. Final rates and dates for the following season will be made public on the website. For the same reason, the final price and dates of your stay may change.
The final calculation of the price of your stay will be based on the prices published on the website.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The client will pay a fixed price at the time of booking according to the cancellation conditions of each reservation.
There are 3 different conditions, depending on the dates of stay booked:

1. FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY
There are 3 conditions in our flexible policy, depending on the dates of stay booked.
FLEX (low season)
If you cancel or modify less than 3 days before arrival, you will be charged 1 night of the total reservation. In case of no-show, 1 night of the reservation will be charged.
In the case of special rates such as long stays, monthly or weekends where a deposit has been charged, this will be charged as expenses.
FLEX (mid-season and pre/post-season)
An initial deposit of 30% will be charged to confirm the reservation.
If you cancel or modify less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be held by the company.
In case of no-show, 50% of the reservation will be charged.
In the case of special rates such as long stays, monthly stays or weekends where a deposit has been charged, this will be charged as expenses.
FLEX (high and special season)
An initial deposit of 30% will be charged to confirm the reservation.
14 days before check-in, a 20% charge will be made automatically to complete 50% of the total stay.
If the payment cannot be made, you will be sent an email notification to make the payment within the following 24 hours.
If the payment is not formalized, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
100% will be refunded if you cancel 30 days or more before arrival from the check-in time.
If the reservation is cancelled between 29 and 15 days, the initial deposit of 30% of the total reservation will be held by the company.
If you cancel or modify less than 14 days before arrival, or do not show up, 50% of the stay paid will be held by the company.
In the case of special rates such as long stays, monthly stays or weekends where a deposit has been charged, this will be charged as expenses.
NON-REFUNDABLE
The total price of the stay is charged in advance at the time of booking. Once the reservation has been made, there is no possibility of cancellation or modification.

ADVANCE PAYMENT AND BOOOKING CONFIRMATION
The accommodation reservation will be deemed confirmed when the confirmation amount has been paid using the payment process indicated on the website or by the Reservation Centre. The final guaranteed price of your stay at the time of booking your reservation refers to the information provided to the client at the time of booking. Any modification by the client of the dates of the reservation or of any element subject to a price may result in a modification of the total price of the stay. The amount of the stay pending payment, as well as any extras or Tourist Tax, if applicable, will be paid at reception upon arrival.
PAYMENT METHODS
Current information on legislation applicable to cash payments:
Law 11/2021, of July 9, on measures to prevent and combat tax fraud, transposing Council Directive (EU) 2016/1164 of July 12, 2016, establishing rules against tax avoidance practices that directly affect the functioning of the internal market, amending various tax regulations and regulating gambling.
Article 18. Amendment to Law 7/2012, of 29 October, amending tax and budgetary regulations and adapting financial regulations to intensify actions to prevent and combat fraud.
1. Transactions in which one of the parties involved acts as a businessperson or professional, with an amount equal to or greater than 1,000 euros or its equivalent in foreign currency, may not be paid in cash.
However, the aforementioned amount will be 10,000 euros or its equivalent in foreign currency when the payer is a natural person who proves that he or she does not have his or her tax domicile in Spain and does not act as a businessman or professional.
BOOKING MODIFICATION CONDITIONS
Any modification of your booking must be requested through a form available on our website, in the My Booking - Modify section. The form, once received, will be processed by the Bookings Department and you will be contacted with the appropriate information regarding your request.
The change, if possible, will be accepted by the Bookings Department. This change will be governed by the booking conditions that exist at the time of the request. If the modification involves an increase/decrease in the value of the stay due to an increase/decrease in the number of days, a change in the Check-In and Check-Out dates or any modification that involves a change in the rate, the price that will apply for the modified dates will be the price in force at the time of the modification.
Once the booked stay at the Resort has commenced, any departure before the contracted dates will not entitle you to any discount or refund.
Any cancellation of your booking will be governed by the cancellation policy chosen at the time of booking.
If you wish to cancel your booking:
- For phone bookings, you should get in touch on +34 965 27 29 65 or by email at reservas@alannia.com.
- If you’ve made the booking through our website: alanniaresorts.com you should cancel through the website itself in the My Booking - View Web Booking section by entering the booking number WITHOUT the letters CLD-, followed by the e-mail address with which the booking was made.
- For cancellations after the timeframe at flex rate in which payment can be reclaimed, only the following cases will be considered:
- Due to the death or hospitalisation (emergency) for at least 24 hours of a first or second degree immediate family member during the period of their stay.
- Summons of the client making the booking as a party, witness or juror in any legal proceeding or as a member of the electoral board of any state, regional or municipal electoral process.
- Weather: Orange Alert (official AEMET communication) forecast for the dates of the contracted stay.
If one of the above cases occurs, the facility may request the documentation it deems necessary and, if approved, no fees will be charged.
In the case of being accommodated the customer may leave the establishment in advance in the camping area due to weather conditions classified as ORANGE alerts (official communication of AEMET), without the obligation to pay the rest of the contracted stay. In the case of rates subject to a minimum stay (weekends or monthly) the customer must pay the minimum of the contracted period.
Any of the causes for the cancellation of the stay must be duly justified by submitting any documents that may prove the situation alleged by the customer and must be sent together with the request for cancellation of the reservation to reservas@alannia.com
Late arrival or early departure does not entitle customers to reductions in the total price of the contracted booking or to refunds.
CONDITIONS FOR STAYING AT ALANNIA RESORTS WITH PETS
The number of pets allowed per booking is one in a cabin and two in a plot. In the case of Alannia Salou one pet of maximum 10kg is allowed. Pets are not allowed in all accommodation, but only in the cabins/rooms indicated for this purpose. In case of exceptions, you can consult with the Reservations team by calling +34 965 48 49 45 or by sending an email to reservas@alannia.com.
During the booking process, you will be asked for your credit card as a guarantee or a deposit of 100€ as a security deposit which will be returned to you on departure after checking the accommodation.
Before entering the premises, you must go to the reception to register your dog in our register. It is important and necessary that, at the time of registration, you provide the following documentation of the animal:
- Vaccination certificate
- Documentation certifying that the chip is in place
In the case of travelling with a PPP dog:
- Administrative licence and certification of the animal's registration in the Municipal Register of potentially dangerous animals.
- Civil liability insurance
- To be carried by persons over 16 years of age
- Always wear a muzzle, even in outdoor areas.
- Always be kept on short leashes (less than 2 metres).
- Be kept on a leash while on the plot or in the hut.
Dog breeds considered potentially dangerous must wear a muzzle (Akita Inu, American Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman, Argentinian Mastiff, Brazilian Row, Pitt Bull Terrier, Rottweiller and Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Perro de presa Mallorquín, Perro de presa canario, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Dogo de bordeaux, Tosa Inu, Neapolitan Mastiff).
IT IS IMPORTANT TO COMPLY WITH THE CURRENT LAW REGULATING POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ANIMALS.
The keeping of dogs in the facilities of any of the Alannia Resorts implies, on the part of the persons responsible, obligatory compliance with the rules of coexistence established in the internal regulations of the company, as well as those set out in article 3 of Royal Decree 287/2002, of 22 March, which develops Law 50/1999, of 23 December and Law 10/1999, of 30 July, on the legal system for the keeping of potentially dangerous animals.
OTHERS
- The establishment may ask all guests staying in the accommodation for a credit card or €60 cash deposit as a guarantee against damages caused by inappropriate behaviour, damage to the facilities or damage to the accommodation.
- The occupants of the accommodation must register when the contract is formalised. The stay is personal and non-transferable. No changes can be made to the people registered as guests during the contracted stay. The bracelet to identify occupants of the accommodation is also personal and non-transferable.
- Visitors must go to Reception accompanied by the holder of the booking to register with the corresponding ID and pay the adult or child rate corresponding to the contract signed, always after consulting availability at Reception. Visiting hours are from 9am to 12 midnight. No more people (including children or babies) are allowed than the maximum capacity of the chosen accommodation. You cannot receive visitors on the day of departure from the accommodation.
- The visit only gives access to the camping area and excludes any other service of the establishment. Access to the outdoor swimming pool is subject to capacity and availability and the Resort Management reserves the right to close it exclusively to guests staying at certain periods of the year when it is at its busiest.
- The Resort Management reserves the right of admission and will cancel the contract of customers who do not respect the establishment's internal regulations, fundamental rules of social coexistance and manners, or the principles of civilised life as established in these Regulations.
- We remind you that it is compulsory to always wear an identification bracelet inside the premises to guarantee access control. This identification will be required throughout your stay.

- Any items loaned by the establishment for which a deposit is required must be returned before leaving the Resort.
- Cars must remain in the pitch or car park assigned to them at reception. It is strictly forbidden to park them in other places or in unoccupied pitches and car parks.
- Alannia Resorts Management accepts no responsibility for any theft of your property suffered during your stay at our facilities.
- Management reserves the right to modify opening times during the season, as well as to close facilities for maintenance work.
- Management will not be responsible for any electrical or electronic equipment owned by the client that is damaged at the facilities.
- During your stay, it is possible that phytosanitary and pesticide treatments may be carried out for safety and pest control. All information in this regard will be available at reception during your stay.
- It is strictly forbidden to prune trees or other plants. Any customer who does not comply with these regulations may be sanctioned according to the damage caused, and may also be cause for termination of their contract.
- Due to the importance of separated rubbish collection and the need for it to be carried out correctly, we ask you to use the recycling containers distributed around the campsite. This will help make our facilities more environmentally friendly.
- Access to the spa/gym/heated swimming pool (in the Resorts that offer these services) is not included in our prices, unless specified. Access to the spa and gym is for guests over 16 years of age.
- During the summer season, our half board and/or full board service is buffet-style, with water and soft drinks included. Outside high season and except for specific dates, the half board and/or full board service will consist of a 3-course menu (first course, main course and dessert, plus 1 water or soft drink included). Half-board consists of a set breakfast and dinner, full-board is breakfast, lunch and dinner (first dinner service)
- Payment of the agreed rate must be made at the beginning of the stay. Check-In times are from 8am to 9pm. Failure to pay the contracted rate is sufficient cause for termination of the contract.
- The price shown always includes: taxes and VAT, in the selected regime. Local taxes are NOT included.
- Management shall not be held responsible for any possible incidents that may occur as a result of bad practice on the part of our customers, such as driving on roads that are not enabled for this purpose, or misusing elements for uses other than those they were conceived, such as decorative or safety features.
- By accepting this contract, the customer undertakes to respect the resort regulations, with 1 serious / 3 minor offences constituting sufficient cause for termination of the accommodation contract and immediate abandonment of the resort, without the right to any compensation.
- The Alannia Resorts team edits content on the website with the greatest possible diligence, but it may be the case that, for reasons beyond the company's control, a spelling or computer error may occur, or that some data or information may not be up to date at the time it is consulted by the user. For this reason, the Management declares that the references (images and descriptions) to the products and services, as well as the prices and conditions stipulated, are merely for guidance purposes; they have no contractual value and are not binding until the express confirmation of the request. If any user has decided to contract based on erroneous information published on the website, or any computer error in the rates, the Management will inform the user and proceed to cancel the booking, give the user the option of contracting with the correct information, and offering the right to cancel the contract without any cost on their part, if they wish to do so.
- All facility timetables are subject to change as a result of weather conditions.
The Campsite Management reserves the right of admission and will cancel the contract for customers who do not respect the establishment's internal regulations, fundamental rules of social coexistance and manners, or the principles of civilised life as established in these Regulations.
The stay may end before the agreed date if there is any cause for expulsion due to a customer’s non-compliance with current regulations, the Internal Regulations, or the Special Conditions set out.
Failure to comply with any of these rules and regulations, or the carrying out of acts that disrupt coexistence with other customers of the campsite or violate morals and good customs, will result in immediate eviction from the facility and the loss of the amount paid.
The customer will not be entitled to any refund or compensation, not even in part, if the contract is terminated voluntarily before its expiry date.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Our service falls within one of the exceptions indicated in Article 103, section l, of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
I) The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transport of goods, car rental, catering or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish Law. Servicios Turísticos Marjal and users, for the resolution of any dispute that may arise regarding their validity, execution, fulfillment, or resolution, in whole or in part, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals where the consumer has their domicile or at the place of performance of the obligation, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them. This contract constitutes the complete and entire expression of the agreement between Servicios Turísticos Marjal and the user, and replaces all previous agreements, commitments, statements, or agreements, whether written or oral, that may have existed previously between them.
INVOICE MANAGEMENT
The customer may receive the invoice for their stay in electronic or physical format, the first option being the one recommended by the company, as this way we comply with the sustainability criteria.
