- The members of the plot must register when finalising the contract. The stay is personal and non-transferable. No changes may be made to the registered guests during the contracted stay. Specifically, the following may not be installed on pitches: flooring, fences, sinks, awnings (other than those provided by the campsite), electrical appliances, swimming pools or any other item which, by virtue of being fixed in place, conveys an impression of permanence on the pitch, and their installation by the customer shall constitute sufficient grounds for the termination of the contract, regardless of its type, without any entitlement to compensation. Please enquire at reception on arrival regarding permitted items.
- Furthermore, the installation and use of portable swimming pools on the pitches is not permitted.
- Nor is the use of personal washing machines and tumble dryers permitted on pitches or in the toilet blocks, nor is hanging washing in unauthorised places (structures, lampposts or other campsite fixtures), nor is it permitted to tie ropes to trees; for this purpose, we offer clotheslines for hire (€15 deposit).

You are not permitted to park your vehicle outside the boundaries of your pitch, on public roads, on other pitches, or to use the external car park as your regular parking space.
- It is prohibited to have two accommodation units on the same pitch, even if one of them is a vehicle adapted for overnight stays that is used solely for transport.
- All items on your pitch must be secured to the ground, not to any campsite fixtures (such as structures or trees).
- It is at the campsite’s discretion to determine whether any items may be unsuitable as they could detract from the campsite’s image and appearance, and the campsite may require such items to be removed.
- Please note that, in accordance with the campsite’s internal regulations, it is strictly forbidden to transfer the right to camp to third parties (whether for financial consideration or not), as this right is personal and non-transferable. Should any breach of this rule be detected, the Management may evict the occupant and terminate the transferor’s accommodation contract.
- During long periods of absence, guests must switch off the electricity and turn off the water supply to their pitch in order to prevent any leaks or unnecessary consumption, thereby avoiding major problems on the premises. We advise against leaving perishable food in your own fridges or freezers whilst you are away; the campsite accepts no liability for any losses resulting from power cuts or circuit breakers tripping in your accommodation.
- We suggest that you lock your accommodation securely whilst you are away. We remind you that the campsite accepts no liability for any damage to or loss of your belongings resulting from theft, burglary, vandalism or any other cause.

Pets are not permitted in toilet facilities, sports areas, children’s play areas, the bar-restaurant or the supermarket.
- I declare that my registered pet complies with the relevant health regulations and I accept responsibility for supervising my pet (maximum 2 pets per pitch). It is compulsory to register your pet on arrival by presenting its passport and health certificate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AMENDING YOUR BOOKINGAny changes to your booking must be requested using the form available on our website, under the ‘My Booking – Amend’ section. Once received, the form will be processed by the Bookings Department, and you will be contacted with details regarding your request. The change, if possible under the terms of your booking, will be accepted by the Reservations Department. It is important to note that this change will be governed by the booking conditions in force at the time of the request, which may include policies on rates, availability and deadlines. If the modification results in a change to the cost of your stay due to a change in the number of days, an adjustment to the check-in and check-out dates, or any other change affecting the rate, the price applicable to the new dates will be the one in force at the time you make the modification. Furthermore, if the booking is made outside the specified timeframe, the penalty indicated in your booking will also apply. Once your booked stay at the Resort has commenced, leaving before the agreed dates will not entitle you to any discount or refund. Any cancellation or amendment to your booking will be governed by the cancellation policy selected at the time you made your booking. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING: · For telephone bookings, this must be done by calling us on +34 965 48 49 45 or by emailing reservas@alannia.com. · For bookings made via our website: alanniaresorts.com, cancellations must be made via the website itself under the ‘My Booking – View Online Booking’ section by entering your booking reference followed by the email address used to make the booking.
· In the case of cancellations made after the deadline for the ‘Flex’ rate, where a refund of the payment made is requested, only the following circumstances will be considered:
o Due to the death or (urgent) hospitalisation lasting at least 24 hours of a first- or second-degree relative during the period of your stay.
o The guest making the booking is summoned to appear as a party, witness or juror in any legal proceedings, or as a member of the electoral committee for any state, regional or local election.
o Weather: A Red Alert (official AEMET bulletin) forecast for the municipality where the Resort is located for the contracted dates of stay. In the event of an Orange Alert, a change of dates will be permitted, although the new dates of stay will be non-refundable.
Should any of the above circumstances arise, the establishment may request any documentation it deems necessary; if approved, no charges will be incurred.
*The conditions for amending or cancelling bookings apply exclusively to the FLEX rate. However, the NON-REFUNDABLE rate does not allow for amendments or cancellations, which means the full cost of the stay will be forfeited.
If the guest is already staying at the campsite, they may leave the campsite early in the event of weather conditions classified as a Red Alert (official AEMET bulletin), without being obliged to pay for the remainder of the booked stay. In the case of rates subject to minimum stay requirements (weekends or monthly rates), the guest must pay for the minimum period booked.
Any reason leading to the cancellation of the stay must be duly justified by submitting all documents that substantiate the situation claimed by the customer; these must be sent together with the booking cancellation request to reservas@alannia.com
Arriving late on the day of arrival or leaving early on the day of departure does not entitle the customer to any reduction in the total price of the booked stay or to a refund.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These General Terms and/or Conditions of Contract are governed by Spanish law. Servicios Turísticos Marjal and the users, for the resolution of any dispute that may arise, regarding their validity, performance, compliance or termination, whether in whole or in part, shall submit – expressly waiving their own jurisdiction or any other that may, where applicable, correspond to them – to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals where the consumer is domiciled or at the place of performance of the obligation. This contract constitutes the complete and full expression of the agreement between Servicios Turísticos Marjal and the user, and supersedes all previous agreements, commitments, representations or arrangements, whether written or oral, that may have previously existed between the two parties.

The customer may receive the invoice for their stay either electronically or in paper format; the former is the option recommended by the company, as this enables us to meet sustainability criteria.
