• Costa Blanca (Alicante): Alannia Costa Blanca is 10 minutes from El Hondo Natural Park and close to the Santa Pola Salt Flats. Alannia Guardamar is less than 2 km from Playa de los Viveros and surrounded by the Pinada de Guardamar.
• Costa Dorada (Tarragona): Alannia Els Prats has direct access to Rifà Beach. Alannia Costa Dorada offers direct access to the sandy beach of Playa de l'Almadrava. Alannia Salou is very close to the largeLlevant Beach and the coves of Cap Salou.

It depends on your rate. The Flex Rate allows you to cancel free of charge up to 3, 7 or 30 days before arrival (depending on the season). The Non-Refundable Rate does not allow changes or refunds.

In justified cases of death, urgent hospitalisation of an immediate family member or election/judicial calls, Alannia will review the documentation in order to try to waive
the costs of late cancellation.

No, our cabins do not include a hairdryer and iron as standard equipment. We recommend you bring your own for your comfort.

We do not guarantee specific numbers. Payment secures the category of accommodation, but you can let us know your preference and the resort will try to meet it according to availability.

Yes, the maximum allowed is 6 persons and only one camping element (caravan, motorhome or tent) per pitch.

No, we do not have cash machines. We promote the "No wallet needed" system: inside our facilities (restaurants, spa, gym) payments are only allowed with your smart wristband or bank card. Cash is only accepted at reception and in the supermarket.

Yes, all our restaurants and buffets have gluten-free options and dishes adapted for different intolerances. Please let our staff know when you arrive so that they can point out the safe options.

We have large tropical pools with slides, children's areas and heated pools (depending on the resort). We also have a spa and gym (for over 16 years old).

It is strictly obligatory to wear a bathing cap, swimming costume and flip-flops to access these areas. You can buy them in our supermarket or at reception if you forget them.

Yes, we offer free WiFi connection in all resorts. In addition, establishments such as Alannia Costa Blanca have a private medical service on site.

Yes, occasional day visits are allowed. You must register at reception and pay the "Visitor's Pass" fee (variable according to season) to access the facilities and swimming pools.

Yes, we are Pet Friendly!

• In Plots: Up to 2 pets (vaccination certificate and chip must be presented).
• In Cabins: Only in the types expressly indicated as Pet Friendly.
• In Rooms (Salou): 1 dog of maximum 10kg is allowed in specific rooms subject to availability.
• You must add your pet in the "extras" section when booking.

They must always be walked on a leash. For reasons of hygiene and safety, they may not enter enclosed indoor areas (restaurants, supermarkets), swimming pool areas, children's playgrounds and standard toilets.

Depends on the resort and the fire risk:

• Costa Blanca and Guardamar: High risk areas. Generally electric or gas are allowed. Charcoal is restricted to communal areas with no fire warning.
• Els Prats and Costa Dorada: Allowed on the plot/hut if raised off the ground using coal or gas.
• El Pinar: Coal, gas or electric fires are allowed. In cabins, they must be at least 1.5 metres from the accommodation, never on wood or artificial grass.
• Neptuno: Electric/gas is recommended. For charcoal, we have communal barbecue areas.
• General Note: If there is a Red Alert for wind or heat, the use of fire is strictly forbidden in the whole area.
