How does the check-in process work at Alannia Resorts?

We strongly recommend that you check-in online prior to your arrival. This will allow you to speed up the process at the front desk by accessing our priority check-in queue. You can do this easily through the link you will receive in your confirmation email prior to your stay.

What methods of payment are accepted within the resort?

In order to offer a more convenient and secure experience, we promote the "No wallet needed" system. Inside our facilities (restaurants, spa, gym...) payments are only allowed by bank card or via our smart wristband.

Cash payments are only accepted at the main reception and in the supermarket.

Who can join the club?

Anyone of legal age who can provide real details can join our club.

How can I register for the club?

To register, you have to access this link and fill in your details. You will then receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you have entered with your password.

My reservation points have not been added up

As for the points earned for bookings, they will be added to your account once you check out of your stay, i.e. the day after your departure from our

resorts.

Please note that points will only be added if you have logged in to Alannia Club and subsequently booked a stay. Otherwise, they will not be accumulated.

Do the discounts apply to all rates?

No. Discounts will be applied directly in the booking engine exclusively for Alannia Club members. Discounts cannot be accumulated with other discounts, unless otherwise specified.

How does the exclusive customer service system work?

For members of our club, we have enabled a special communication channel with our customer service, for them it is necessary to indicate your details and membership number that indicates the platform, to communicate with the mail club@alannia.com

2. Pet Friendly Policy

Are pets allowed in Alannia Resorts accommodation?

Yes, we are a Pet Friendly chain! Pets are welcome on plots and in specific types of cabins. During the booking process on our website, once you have selected a pet-friendly rate, you can add your pet in the "extras" section.

What are the rules for staying with dogs at the resort?

Pets must be controlled at all times and must always be kept on a lead inside the resort. For reasons of hygiene and safety regulations, pets are not allowed access to enclosed indoor areas (such as the bar-restaurant or supermarket), swimming pool areas, children's playgrounds or standard sanitary blocks. We have specific spaces for them, such as canine toilets.

3. Services, Facilities and Entertainment

What kind of aquatic and relaxation facilities do you offer?

Depending on the resort chosen, we have large tropical pools with slides, safe children's areas and heated pools. In addition, there are spa and fitness areas for guests over 16 years of age. Please note that in the heated pool and Spa it is compulsory to wear a cap, swimming costume and flip-flops exclusive to Alannia.

Do you have WiFi and medical assistance?

Yes, all our resorts have WiFi connection for our guests. In addition, in resorts such as Alannia Costa Blanca, we offer a first class medical service available on site to attend to any emergency or consultation without the need to travel.
