Theme parks

If you plan on spending a few days at our fantastic Alicante resorts in Guardamar or Crevillente, be sure to visit the region’s incredible theme parks, specifically those in Benidorm.
Benidorm is home to theme parks that are famous across Spain, and it’s no surprise because they are absolutely fantastic!
Of all the theme parks nearby, two stand out: Terra Natura and Terra Mítica.

Terra Natura

This animal park is known for its large size and the vast number of species that visitors can observe in reproductions of their natural habitats. It is divided into sections, each named after a continent that houses animals from that part of the world. The park is a blast! Kids will have an amazing time thanks to the many activities that are available.

Terra Mítica

This famous theme park has 33 exciting rides. The park recreates the Mediterranean region’s ancient civilisations and is divided into: Greece, Egypt, Rome, the Islands and the Iberian Peninsula. It has earned a reputation as one of Europe’s best theme parks thanks to the wide variety of attractions, ranging from water rides, tall structures, roller-coasters and more. It is truly a combination of exciting experiences.

The most spectacular ride is Magnum Colossus, which has broken five records, including the ride covering the most space in Europe and the fastest roller-coaster in Spain.

Water parks

A hot summer destination like Alicante has many water parks that appeal to families for a cool day trip.
The region’s water parks have gigantic pools with various activities, the highest water slides and all types of attractions for small children or fearless riders.

The province is home to a number of water parks: Aquopolis (Torrevieja), Aquapark Rojales (Rojales), and of course, Aqualandia (Benidorm).

From a pirate ship to a jungle

At Alannia Costa Blanca and Alannia Guardamar we have themed pools where young and old alike will have a great time.

You will become real pirates in the Alannia Guardamar pool, where you will find a ship with slides, surrounded by crocodiles and hippos. You can also cool off under the skull-faced water bucket, legend has it that it is a treasure chest!

At Alannia Costa Blanca you can explore the Jungle Temple via the kamikaze slide. The surrounding elephants, rhinos, hippos and crocodiles will try to distract you from your exploration, but they won't succeed! Your mission will end with a refreshing swim under the giant water bucket.

Europe’s tallest slide

Aqualandia, the second-best water park in Spain, features Europe’s tallest slide as well as countless attractions ranging from simple (for children) to moderate and extreme. This is the perfect place for families because kids can splash around in the enormous wave pool or play with floating swim rings, and daredevils can launch themselves down slides that stand almost 30 metres tall.
Alannia Guardamar and Alannia Costa Blanca also have excellent water parks. Our themed pools are packed with slides and children’s toys for fun holidays.

Adults, in turn, can choose to relax on sun loungers or Balinese beds as they sip on a cocktail under the sun.
