Sauna, steam bath and cold showers.
To release stress and toxins, there is nothing better after a gym session or a long day, than our spa circuit. We have a Finnish sauna that is heated naturally by means of carbon stones. A steam bath (or Turkish bath) with slightly lower temperatures and a cold shower stall.
Heated pool and jacuzzi.
For all those who cannot resist taking a bath when the temperature drops or who simply want to relax, you cannot miss our heated swimming pool and hydromassage, equipped with several waterfalls of different pressure to give a cervical massage.

Within the Spa & Wellness Center we also have a gym open 365 days a year. We have an area specialised in machines to work out bodybuilding and cardio, static bikes to go at your own pace or follow one of our spinning classes and a classroom with a powerful sound system to practice zumba or any of the classes led by our gym team.
