During your stay at the resort

The time has come! Grab your cases and get ready for the holiday of a lifetime. In this section, we talk you through everything you need to know once you arrive at our resort.

Where to register

You have arrived at one of our resorts, but now what? It's time to check in!

You have two options:

  1. If you have checked in online, all you need to do is come to reception to finish the last part of the check-in process and pick up the keys. Don’t worry, it’ll only take a few minutes!
  2. If you have not already checked in online, you’ll need to do the whole process at the reception desk, which can take a little more time during some seasons. For that reason, we recommend checking in online before you arrive.

Getting Around the City

BY BICYCLE AND ON FOOT

The central location of the resort allows you to easily get around by bicycle or on foot through the streets and seafront promenades of Salou. From the iconic Jaume I Promenade to the winding coastal routes, you'll have the freedom to explore at your own pace, discovering points of interest such as the majestic Lighthouse of Salou, a century-old witness to maritime stories, the pier, or the Coastal Path. You can also visit nearby beaches from Alannia Salou, such as Capellans Beach, just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride away.

BY BUS

Close to the resort, you will find the bus station at Jaume I Promenade, where you can find availability with the bus company La Plana, offering a variety of destinations and combinations with stops at various points such as Tarragona, Reus, PortAventura World, or the city of Salou itself. Examples include Line 88, which runs through Tarragona, Vila-seca, and Salou (year-round), Line 4, with stops in Tarragona, La Pineda, Salou, and Cambrils (operational from April to May), or lines e5 and 14, with several stops within Salou and in Reus.

TOURIST TRAIN

A family-friendly way to discover the past and present of Salou is with the Tourist Train (Line 1). This service offers a circular route with various stops to discover key points of interest such as the monument to King Jaume I, the Ornamental Fountains, the Captaincy, the Modernist Villas, the Coastal Path, or the Catalan Farmhouse. The closest places to take this transport are from Jaume I Promenade or Plaça d’Europa.
