  • Alannia Guardamar: It is located 30 minutes from Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC) and 40 minutes from Alicante AVE Station. Direct access via the N-332.

• In the province of Tarragona (Costa Dorada):
  • Alannia Salou: Reus Airport (REU) is 15 minutes away and Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) is 1 hour away. The AVE Camp de Tarragona train station is 20 minutes away. Very close to the local train station of Salou - PortAventura.

Yes, at the reception of our resorts in Tarragona (Alannia Salou, Els Prats and Costa Dorada) you can buy tickets for PortAventura World, Ferrari Land and Aquopolis. From our resorts in Alicante, the main parks in Benidorm, such as Terra Mítica and Terra Natura, are within walking distance.

Each of our resorts offers access to unique environments and protected natural spaces:

• Costa Blanca (Alicante): Alannia Costa Blanca is 10 minutes from El Hondo Natural Park and close to the Santa Pola Salt Flats. Alannia Guardamar is less than 2 km from Playa de los Viveros and surrounded by the Pinada de Guardamar.
• Costa Dorada (Tarragona): Alannia Els Prats has direct access to Rifà Beach. Alannia Costa Dorada offers direct access to the sandy beach of Playa de l'Almadrava. Alannia Salou is very close to the largeLlevant Beach and the coves of Cap Salou.
• Costa Brava (Girona): Alannia El Pinar is right on the beach in front of S'Abanell Beach and minutes away from the Marimurtra Botanical Gardens. Alannia Neptuno belongs to the ecosystem of the Montgrí, Illes Medes and Baix Ter Natural Park, just 1.6 km from Pals Beach.

• Holiday cottages: Check-in in Guardamar and on the Costa Blanca at 5.00 pm; in Els Prats, on the Costa Dorada, at El Pinar and at Neptuno at 4.00 pm. Check-out is at 12.00 pm in Guardamar and on the Costa Blanca; in Salou, on the Costa Dorada, Els Prats and El Pinar it is at 11.00 am, and in Alannia Neptuno it is at 10.00 am.
• Rooms (Salou): Check-in from 4.00 pm. Check-out at 11.00 am.
• Pitches: Check-in from 1.00 pm. Check-out at 12.00 pm in Guardamar and on the Costa Blanca; at 11.00 am elsewhere.

Don't worry. Our main reception or the night security team will be ready to hand over the keys to you, even if you arrive after midnight. If you expect to arrive later than 22:00h, please let us know at reservas@alannia.com.

We strongly recommend that you check in online before your arrival via the link you will receive in your email. This will allow you to speed up the process by accessing our priority queue.

It depends on your rate. The Flex Rate allows you to cancel free of charge up to 3, 7 or 30 days before arrival (depending on the season). The Non-Refundable Rate does not allow changes or refunds.

In justified cases of death, urgent hospitalisation of an immediate family member or election/judicial calls, Alannia will review the documentation in order to try to waive
the costs of late cancellation.

Includes accommodation for 2 people (additional guests incur a supplement), access to the outdoor swimming pools, kitchenware, towels and bed linen. Please note: Access to the spa, sports courts and mini-golf is not included. At Alannia Neptuno, bed linen and towels are not provided in the bungalows.

No, our cabins do not include a hairdryer and iron as standard equipment. We recommend you bring your own for your comfort.

Yes, you can request the rental of cots and high chairs by contacting reception. Subject to availability.

We do not guarantee specific numbers. Payment secures the category of accommodation, but you can let us know your preference and the resort will try to meet it according to availability.

Yes, the maximum allowed is 6 persons and only one camping element (caravan, motorhome or tent) per pitch.

Yes, we do have cash machines. We promote the ‘No wallet needed’ system: within our facilities (restaurants, supermarket, spa, gym), payments can only be made using your smart wristband or bank card. At Alannia Neptuno, the supermarket does not accept cash; payment is by card only.

Yes, all our restaurants and buffets have gluten-free options and dishes adapted for different intolerances. Please let our staff know when you arrive so that they can point out the safe options.

We have large tropical pools with slides, children's areas and heated pools (depending on the resort). We also have a spa and gym (for over 16 years old).

It is strictly obligatory to wear a bathing cap, swimming costume and flip-flops to access these areas. You can buy them in our supermarket or at reception if you forget them.

We offer free Wi-Fi at all our resorts, except at Alannia Neptuno and Alannia El Pinar, where Wi-Fi is a paid service.

Yes, occasional day visits are allowed. You must register at reception and pay the "Visitor's Pass" fee (variable according to season) to access the facilities and swimming pools.

Yes, we are Pet Friendly!

• In Plots: Up to 2 pets (vaccination certificate and chip must be presented).
• In Cabins: Only in the types expressly indicated as Pet Friendly.
• In Rooms (Salou): 1 dog of maximum 10kg is allowed in specific rooms subject to availability.
• You must add your pet in the "extras" section when booking.

They must always be walked on a leash. For reasons of hygiene and safety, they may not enter enclosed indoor areas (restaurants, supermarkets), swimming pool areas, children's playgrounds and standard toilets.

It depends on the resort and the fire risk:

• Costa Blanca and Guardamar: High-risk areas. Electric or gas barbecues are generally permitted. Charcoal barbecues are restricted to designated communal areas where there is no fire alert.
• Els Prats and Costa Dorada: Barbecues are permitted on the plot or at the holiday cottage provided they are raised off the ground and use charcoal or gas.
• El Pinar: Charcoal, gas or electric barbecues are permitted. In holiday cottages, they must be at least 1.5 metres from the accommodation and must never be placed on wood or artificial grass.
• Neptuno: We do not have a barbecue area at the campsite, and charcoal or wood-burning barbecues are not permitted.
• General Note: If there is a Red Alert due to wind or heat, the use of fire is strictly prohibited throughout the entire site.

Yes, at most of our branches we hire out barbecues and sell charcoal in the supermarket. At Alannia Neptuno, charcoal barbecues are not permitted, so we do not sell charcoal.

Points are added to your account the day after check-out. Important: Points will only be credited if you are logged in to Alannia Club before booking.
